Along with this, there may be moderate to very heavy rain in some places in Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions.
Meteorologist of the Meteorological Department Afroza Sultana told Prothom Alo today that the monsoon has now become somewhat active. Due to this, rain may increase in different places in the country today. It may also rain in the capital today.
Yesterday, it rained in many places in Chittagong, Barisal and Khulna divisions. The highest rainfall was in Cox’s Bazar, 91 millimeters. Among other coastal areas, Mongla received 85 mm of rain, Satkhira 60 mm and Jessore 56 mm.
